Mental Health and Well-being

Dear Shuswap Middle School Students and Families,

Without a doubt, these are different and challenging times for everyone! We want to let you know that we really miss all of you and are here to support in any way possible.  Before we introduce you to the links below we believe the following about each and every one of you:

  • you are resilient and have ways to keep connected with family and friends.
  • you are creative and will find amazing ways to connect, stay active, and have fun!
  • you are strong and can find the positive things in your world to be grateful for.

We want you to remember that it is normal to feel the mix of many emotions.

“Feelings are much like waves we can’t stop them from coming but we can choose which one to surf!”

Please check back often to this location. We will be posting resources that we find and hope to be helpful.

Please email if you would like to connect:

Remember, we are all in this together. Take care of yourself and each other.  Be gentle … Be kind.
