SALMON ARM
– The Lighthouse (441 3 Street SW )- family food hampers; call to sign up. Drop-in food bank 9-12pm and 1-2pm Monday to Friday. In the summer, they have an “Everyone welcome to harvest” food forest.
– Second Harvest: 360 Alexander Street (around back) Wednesday 10:00am -6:00 pm. “Choose your own food” food bank.
– The Hub 2.0: (Safe Society Free Store): Some food and household items. 3:30-5:00 Mondays, 2:00-3:30 Wednesdays
– Free lunch at Crossroads Church (121 Shuswap St, around back): Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 12:00-1 pm
– Free Lunch at First United Church: 11:00-1:00 pm. 450 Okanagan Ave
– Rise Up Indigenous Wellness: decolonized food bundles, grocery cards, food security workshops. Self-referral.
– Shuswap Food Action Society: Community teaching garden, Family food box program (currently full), – — Farmer’s market nutrition coupon program, school food programs.
– Shuswap Family Centre: (681 Marine Park Drive) Youth cooking program Wednesdays 3:15-4:30
– Good Food Box: Monthly box of produce $20, ~$40 worth of value
– Mamas for Mamas Salmon Arm: trade, lend, give away for free items related to parenting (toys, clothes..etc)

Eagle Valley Community Support Society: Hampers, free produce and extras, special diet support, cleaning supplies, personal care and baby care, pet food.

Parkview Elementary: Naturedelivered.ca monthly produce box. $20 for $40 of value for SD 83 families.
ENDERBY
– Splatsin Food Bank- monthly hampers for Band members, self-referral. Contact Stephanie Killman (250) 540-4061. Can also register for Splatsin food box.
– North Okanagan Good Food Box Program: monthly produce box, $20 for $40 value of produce. Pick up at Senior’s Centre of George Street. Third Thursday of each month.
– Harvest Hut: (parking lot at Cliff Ave and Maud Street) Free excess produce sharing from home gardeners. Mondays, 9 am-12 pm, June to Thanksgiving.
– Enderby Food Bank: (907 Belvedere Street- across from bottle depot) Food hampers are distributed on the second and third Tuesday of each month. Call to make an appointment. 250-938-3114. Open 10 am- 2 pm, Monday to Friday. Emergency hampers available on request.
– SD 83 Farmer Box Program: Naturedelivered.ca monthly produce box. $20 for $40 of value for SD 83 families. Open to parents with students at Grindrod, MV Beattie and AL Fortune.

SOUTH/NORTH SHUSWAP
