Monday, November 11th

• Remembrance Day

 A heartfelt thank you to our tremendous students who showed great respect during our Remembrance Day Assembly on Friday, November 8th.  Special guests Veteran Harry Welton and Corporal Sardinha were very impressed with the leadership of our students and the excellent audience.

Tuesday, November 12th

• Non-instructional day for students
• Staff attending SD83 professional development (Indigenous Education)
• Grade 8 boys’ volleyball playoffs 5:00-8:00 (currently in first place!)

Wednesday, November 13th

• Library open for grade 8 students at lunch
• Library open before school and after school
• Grade 7 girls’ volleyball to Kings Christian for games
• Grade 6 boys and girls practice at SMS from 2:30 to 4:00
• Grade 8 boys’ basketball practice 4:00 – 5:30 PM
• Indigenous boys’ group at lunch in Indigenous Ed room

Thursday, November 14th

• Art room open at 7:30 am and at lunch for project and sketchbook work
• Library open before school and after school
• Grade 8 volleyball 7:00-8:10 am
• Sewing room open at lunch
• Pinterest Club for grade 8s at lunch in room 121
• Chess club at lunch in the library (all grades welcome)
• GSA in room 214 at lunch
• Grade 6/7 boys’ volleyball games at SMS from 2:30 to 5:00
• Grade 8 girls’ basketball practice from 5:00 to 6:30
• Open study block in room 122 at lunch

Friday, November 15th

• Open gym 7:00 am
• Library open before school and after school
• Magic Club in room 124 at lunch
• Library is open at lunch (grade 6/7)
• Grade 8 girls’ and boys’ basketball practice  2:30 to 4:30
