Thank you for your support of the SMS PAC and our students! The following information is coming home this week with your child.
This is the only fundraiser the SMS PAC will be doing this year – so please support our students, teachers, and school!
Orders will be accepted until Friday, October 30th in the office or online. We encourage you to use the online order process!

1. Login or Create a New Acount
2. Join Customer #18423
3. Select the Shop Online tab in the menu. **VERY IMPORTANT**
4. Please use the “Online Order Form” not the Marketplace method to place your order. The Online Order Form is the only place you can enter your student’s name & teacher/division so we know which classroom your order will belong to!
REMINDER – We need to know:
First & Last Name of person placing the order
Your phone number
Additional Info: Student name/teacher/division
5. Pay for your orders by credit card
6. Invite other people (via email) to support SMS
7. All orders will be delivered to SMS and orders will arrive the week of November 23rd. Pick up times and location TBA.
Traditional order forms with payment (payable to SMS PAC) will be accepted in the SMS office as well. Please fill out your child’s name, phone number and class.
